I use the vest 5 days a week for about 3 months now. It has held up nicely, doesn’t hold an odor, feels very comfortable to work out in. It stays nice and snug and doesn’t ride up or move around during very active workouts. Helps me get a better sweat in a short period of time. I hope it last at least a year with how much I use it. That would make it perfect.

I love how much this makes me sweat. It’s been hard not going out, and just staying home, so I’m glad I got this vest. When I’m just at home, and just walking around the house and doing little project around, I’ll be sweating 10x more than I usually do. It’s great! It has a very tight fit to it, but it doesn’t feel tight when I zip it up. Weird, but very comfortable. When I lose enough weight, I’ll be getting another one but in large. I love this vest. 😁

I absolutely love it. It seems to run a size larger so order a size down for maximum fit and sweat!! I don't know how I've worked out all these years without one. Definitely a great investment.

I really like this product. I have been using it at the gym for my workouts. It makes you sweat a lot! What I love about it is that now my shirt is not soaking wet during my workouts and i don’t get self conscious, so I can focus more on my workouts. It doesn’t hold a smell. I hang it up to dry at night in the bathroom and by morning it’s fully dry!

I have been using the vest for about three weeks for my Sunday weekly 5k to help shed some extra water weight. I have used a t-shirt style in the past that worked really well so I had some level of expectation with the vest. The vest is really high quality and out of the packaging I was impressed how well it is made. It reminds me of a wet suit material and fits like a life vest. The fit was little snug for a medium but it definitely works well and it makes me sweat! I have washed it a few times already with no issues but I would recommend letting it air dry. I wish they made shorts or pants for men I would definitely buy them.

I got this vest for my husband and he said it works great. He wears it to work under his shirt, really not noticable at all, nobody knows he has it on. It does help work up a sweat and keeps it contained within the vest. They do run a bit big in size so you may need to go down a size...he wears L & XL but we ordered a L and it was too big, we returned it and got a medium and it fit perfectly.

I'm happy with this purchase! Unfortunately with the closures I've been unable to go to a gym and do alot of the regular activities I was used to. This definitely helps to warm your core temperature before a workout and is fine to wear while exercising (be sure to stay hydrated though).
