Q: "what's in the Box" states 100 labels; the picture says 100 tabs,112 adhesive labels, 112 protectors?

Actually, it says "100 3D Hanging Folder Tabs", "112 Adhesive Labels" and 112 Label Protectors". I am not sure where you are seeing 100 labels. The 3D Folder Tabs are the plastic tabs that you apply the label (after printing) and the label protector to, the tab then gets put into the slots on your hanging folders (just like the picture). I absolutely love this product and it is SO much easier and faster than the old hanging folder tabs where you print or write on the tiny insert. Looks much nicer too.
