Anyway, the device is really cool, I use it for my voicemod sound board and it works perfectly fine.

Even at this time, i can't even open the file. Looked all over youtube for an answer but couldn't find one for windows 11. Im sure that these files could be formatted a different way, sent to your email or something. Kinda inconvenient but they still work, the only upside.

Low quality software to program the keys. Quite confusing when it displays both Upper and Lower case characters when you program a lower case character.Max of 15 chars - If you EVER use all 15 - you will never be able to delete the last character. You change it it, but it will ALWAYS be there.

My keypad stopped working on 2 of the keys after only a few days of use. They seemed to have work out quickly

The micro usb broke off the circuit board as soon as I plugged it in. Very poorly soldered, and flimsy construction.
