Did anyone proofread this book?? Not only does it have many, many mistakes in grammar, it is full of misinformation. I would not recommend this book to anyone!

Made the mistake of not checking out the reviews! This book is so poorly written/translated. I started to read through it on Christmas Eve and quickly decided NOT to wrap it up for my child who wants to learn how to care for a Russian Tortoise. Will be returning it ASAP!

This book reads like it was written by a fifth grader for their report on tortoises. There are tons of grammatical errors, misspelled words, and multiple places in the book where they copy, word for the word, paragraphs of information from other parts. In the list of food that tortoises can eat, there are at least 5 things repeated within the same list.It reads as if it was written by someone who doesn’t speak English and then never proofread. Absolutely don’t waste your money on this.

The book was hard to read due to the many spelling and grammatical errors. Many sentences were fragments, therefore it was hard to follow the text in order to learn about Russian tortoises. The information does not have much credibility when it was presented this way in a published book. I have never seen a book this poorly written.

I was hoping this book would have more information but it's not gonna give you anymore info than a quick google search. This book is also filled with typos..

Within the first ten pages you can tell something is off. Grammatical errors all over the place. It reads as if a they were trying to hit a certain word count. Redundant. You can find all this info online, nothing special. Information is not presented in an easy way to reference either.
