This product blew my mind. I've tried over 10 products and this is the only one that's worked. It keeps me apseep. I sleep through the night and sleep longer. Did not wake up. And! This doesn't do anything at all. I have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep at night. For some reason I can sleep all day long and not sleep at night no matter what I do. It's like my body is permanently in the wrong time zone.Anyway I knew these were likely not going to do anything to me and surprise surprise they didn't. However after mixing w a 20mg melatonin I have been able to get some sleep. Probably isn't the fault of the brand as I'm one of those people that can take a lot of everything and feel nothing (my doctor said it's a specific enzyme or something in my body. I metabolize everything very fast and never feel the affects of anything). With just wanting to finally get some sleep at night when I have to be up for work every morning, I was hoping these would give me some relief but they didn't.They came nicely packaged and sealed. They are easy to swallow and there is no taste since they are s gel capsule.
