I bought a couple different of the popular selling "name brand" ones on the fronts pages before this and sent them back. The sound on this is a good sounding kind of sound. Yes I just said that. It can get hecka loud too if you want. To me, a lot of speakers, especially name brands it seems, have that kind of matte flat muffled-y kind of sound that makes it so you have to turn it up louder to hear, especially speech in movies, where this one is clear at low volumes while also sounding good loud too with music. It could be a setting, but this one is good out of the box. Just plug and play. And the Bluetooth works, it remembers, and it pairs consistently and very quickly. It will be one year since I bought it in 2 days, if it "mysteriously stops working" soon, I will come back and hit it with the 1 star, but for now it is a 5/5 stars for the price, it competes with the best of them in this price bracket for sure.

I purchased this speaker before for my bedroom, although it had a different name brand, and I didn’t get the subwoofer. I just wanted the cheapest soundbar with good reviews I could find. I was actually surprised by how well it sounded.I decided to replace an older system in my living room. Since I was happy with my earlier purchase, I searched my orders for the same speaker. When I clicked on buy again I was taken to a speaker that looked exactly the same, but with a different name. The price was still very good, so I decided to go ahead and purchase it this time with the subwoofer. It turns out this is the same speaker, and it sounds even better with the subwoofer.Overall a great deal for a good sounding soundbar. Small nitpick: don’t like that you can’t use a programmable remote or cable remote to control the speaker. I programmed my tv to control the volume, but still need the remote to turn the speaker on and off. Otherwise I’m happy with this soundbar.

I've bought 3 of these soundbars now, they last about a year. After a year of use they stop working. But for the price and sound quality I don't mind buying a replacement once a year. Excellent bass and overall sound quality while it lasts.

If you wanna up ur tv's sound for the cheap, this thing is for you. I've had it for many many months and have no buyers remorse. Makes movies, music, and video games much more enjoyable/immersive. Works best in a bedroom.
