These are great! They do the job. I have bone on bone knees with major pain. These patches stopped the pain instantly. I have sensitive skin so I had to alternate with other salves. If your skin is broken like a rash or from scratches the patch burns like you know what. Still works with pain relief but I had to remove the patch as the skin gets really hot.

Started using these; pain is controlled to the point it's not a factor. Bone spurs and bone-on-bone pain for years, had left knee replaced and was on track for right knee surgery when I was sent a pack of these pads by my cousin. These work better than any other product. Able to walk 7 or 8 miles with these pads on my knee, some discomfort after 5 miles but not enough to stop my progress. Buy them. They work.

These herbal knee patches work. Within minutes of putting one on my knee, the pain subsides. I wear it the full 8 hrs. As it states, do not use if using any kind of heating system, they will clash, as in get hotter. I gave it 4 stars because of the smell of some of the herbs. It's not really Strong, but I don't think it will pair well with your expensive perfume or cologne lol. Overall, I Will purchase again when I run low. I can’t give this product enough stars!! ⭐️ I don’t have cartilage between L3 and L5 in my back so it makes it very difficult to sit, stand, bend over pretty much everything. These help with every day tasks for me. I first ordered from the actual manufacturer but I needed these in a pinch because I ran out so then I found them on Amazon. Definitely worth the money.

This product is good for giving pain relief. The patch has to be used for eight hours to get the optimal benefit in my humble opinion.I know a friend who uses it for 12 hours.I am satisfied with using it for eight hours.This product has been helpful in making the knees more comfortable.Good luck and best wishes

First off, I do not use these on my knees at this time.I use them on my back, and they are without a doubt the best pain patch I have ever used.When I put one on, I am good for at least 8 hours.Very good value for the money.Have purchased 3-4 packages and will purchase again.

Prepare yourself to feel an intense heat. I think they mixed reviews of products by the same brand here because some people were referring to menthol and cooling feeling. This is not it. It is so hot that you may need to take it off. We are not sure what is the ingredient that generates such an intense heat though. But of course it provides temporary relief. It does have a particular earthy smell but it is not disgusting just peculiar. If you have contact allergies this may not work for you, it may develop skin irritation because it is very strong. It seems to be well-made and it may provide some relief for some people if you can tolerate the heat.

There is a menthol smell that starts out strong and diminishes as time goes on. The product works. It works while you are wearing the patches and if you were them more than 5 hours, it continues working the next day. I can't tell you why, but it works. I highly recommend.
