Great Price, double sided, can cut in half to make a narrow band.
I ordered these for food service at a volunteer construction site. I wrap plasticware in a paper napkin so that construction dust and dirt stays off their dining utensils.I have cut them in half, lengthways, to double the amount of cutlery I can wrap.They are lightly sticky on both sides, but hold well. They are reversible - the black side or the white side can be shown. I have also been able to write on them.

THESE DO NOT STICK!
These napkin bands are terrible. They do not have enough adhesive to stick. This is a real time waster. I’m having to glue or tape each one. They REALLY need more adhesive.
