These padding inserts are worth buying, the adhesive is very strong it lasts all day. They are comfortable it gives you that push up and lift that your looking for, it also came with some nipple covers .Would definitely purchase these again.

I wanted to wear these in a few different scenarios to test them and write a transparent review. They definitely provide the lift and enhancement I was looking for, after losing almost 70 pounds and dropping from a full C to a barely C, but too much for a B cup (why are the girls the FIRST thing to go?🤣)They look natural in ALL the bras I've tried (Maidenform cloud style underwire, Bralette with light padding and a high impact sports bra.)I had an operator error at first and looked a bit lopsided because I didn't pay attention to which was right or left, and that DOES matter 😅 They're easy to get in and adjusted once you practice a bit, everyone's anatomy is different. They come with little stickers to cover your sensitive bits (not sure if Amazon flags specific anatomical words as "inappropriate") Which was GREAT considering I have piercings there. I'll likely save those and just remove my barbells when I wear these, as they were kind of itchy (I typically react to adhesive.)Considering my sensitivity to adhesive, I was apprehensive of the sticky factor, but they weren't irritating at ALL and stayed in place really well. I found myself checking to make sure, because they were so light I was worried I wouldn't notice if they slipped around, but that wasn't the case at ALL. These things don't budge while you move, I even did some gardening to really put them to the test. All the photos are with the inserts, without them there's barely anything there and definitely don't have cleavage without them.

I bought these because I purchased a shirt I love, but I can't wear a normal bra with. I am maybe a 34B, so if I do just pasties, I look flat AF. Not attractive. These won't give the lift like in the photos UNLESS the top you are wearing is tight. These are meant to stick to your clothing item and then give you lift - so it's like having a shirt with a built in bra.So they do work to give some lift, and allow you to go braless. But if you have a top that isn't fitted, I don't think these would work very well.

LOVE THESE SOO MUCH!!! I have been scouring everywhere for a bra that works for open back tops, strapless pieces, tanks, dresses etc. And im a 34d so support is important!! but i finally found the perfect item.I had a party even in which i had to wear a dress with thin straps. I decided to give these a try. Shipping was prompt and the packaging was cute but also well put together. Upon opening the item i noticed very easy to understand instructions.Applying the pads were fairly simple and they looked AMAZING! It was almost as if i had increased two cup sizes. They stayed on throughout the whole night and even lasted through some light dancing and sweat.They seem to have not lost any stick, and I packed them back and excited to use them again!! I definitely recommend these if you are trying to add a little oomf or just need a bra replacement!

These are not as amazing as previous reviews might make you think. I like the stickiness- it holds to the skin and bra, but the overall shape could be improved. Those bumps, or pads on the inside are for what reason? Now that I've tried it, I would choose a different type of shape because nothing works with that weird "V" shape inside.

I need more of a lift than extra boob lol. I have a 32i of 34g the extra large was too small and fit oddly. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn’t fit my cup size. It does lift and boost and definitely would be worth it if it fit my cup size! Quality seems to be durable and does the job.
